Everything starts with the work.

We believe meaningful success comes from clear creative strategy.

Our work is grounded in education, talent development and objectives that can be measured — not guesswork.

At our core is a commitment to creativity, enterprise and experimentation, built on trust.

For over three decades in industry we’ve built levels of trust that open doors with some of Melbourne’s most intriguing and influential creators.

This reliability is why our network, spanning design, art and enterprise, continues to back us.

Our cultural archiving project, Creative Currency  is the ultimate expression of this trust.

RMIT Partnership

Our commitment to education is as important as archiving creative culture.

We teach, we mentor, we learn

Innovators, designers, photographers, artists - creative leaders of tomorrow.

Empowering the Next Generation Giving the essential, hands-on experience in film, photography, branded content, digital design assets, experimentation future-tech and post-production.

Closing the Gap We recruit standout students straight into employment opportunities within our network and ecosystem.

“Triple Axel’s Tony Rogers and Mark Douglass are incredibly generous with their time + knowledge. I found that the openness with their processes really helped me think through some of the themes of the project. I was really grateful for the conversations, around immersive storytelling."

- Louis Walsh, RMIT BA Media Comms

Factory X

Supporting Melbourne’s creative ecosystem since 1990.

Emerging young artists, designers, photographers, innovators - Factory X launched careers fostered in a collaborative culture of experimentation and bold design thinking.

Nearly everyone connected to this project shares a Factory X memory — their first design role, their first retail job, or the after-hours chaos that shaped the culture.

Factory X provides more than a space in a building, it reinforces their reputation as a decades long supporter of Melbourne’s creative cultural heritage.
