Social Media Content Creator

Position: Social Media Content Creator

Employment Type: Part-Time (30 Hours per Week)

Reporting To: Kirstie Wood - Head of Marketing

Location: Melbourne / Remote hybrid

Remuneration: $30 – $40 per hour

Role Overview

Triple Axel is seeking a dynamic, multi-talented Social Media Content Creator to drive organic engagement, visual storytelling, and digital content campaigns across our growing accounts. 


Reporting directly to our Marketing Manager Kirstie Wood, you will play a hands-on role in converting creative concepts into high-performing social content for Triple Axel, our sub-brands including Creative Currency and Descendant Films, and our education focused accounts.

This role is ideal for a fast, adaptable creator who thrives in a shoot-edit-publish workflow, understands the nuances of modern social algorithms, and can authentically translate brand stories across vertical video formats.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production & Shoot Execution

  • Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form vertical video (15–60s) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

  • Operate tight 1–2 person field set-ups (lighting, audio, camera/mobile capture) for on-site interviews, events, and client activations (such as our September Education Summit).

  • Edit fast-paced, narrative-led vertical content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

2. Strategy Implementation & Asset Management

  • Work closely with Kirstie Wood to execute campaign flighting, content calendars, and targeted sector pushes across Education (K–12 & Tertiary), Council, and NFP accounts.

  • Adapt long-form audio/video content (e.g., Creative Currency podcast episodes and studio sessions) into snackable social clips.

  • Maintain organized Google Shared Drive folders for raw footage, final edits, thumbnails, and copy assets.

3. Publishing & Community Engagement

  • Draft compelling, platform-tailored captions aligned with Triple Axel’s anti-AI, human-first positioning.

  • Monitor platform performance, track engagement metrics, and iterate strategies based on viewer data.

  • Actively engage with target communities, client channels, and industry advocates to build brand affinity.

Key Requirements & Experience

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, digital agency workflows, or in-house marketing.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in short-form video editing, basic audio balancing, color grading, and mobile/mirrorless camera operation.

  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms.

  • Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with standard Australian English spelling and grammar.

  • Mindset: High creative energy, strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to turn around polished assets under tight deadlines.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating successful short-form video content and social media campaigns.

Desirable + Bonus Points

  • Experience working within or alongside the Australian Education sector (K–12, TAFE, or Universities).

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools Adobe Creative cloud Photoshop, Illustrator for thumbnail and story creation.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Tasks).

Growth Lead + End-to-End Account Manager

Position: Growth Lead & End-to-End Account Manager

Employment Type:

Role Overview

Triple Axel Creative is looking for a proactive, commercially sharp Growth Lead & End-to-End Account Manager to drive business development, lead generation, and client relationship management across our flagship projects, education suites, and corporate accounts.


This hybrid role sits at the intersection of strategy, client management, and sales pipeline execution. You will own the client lifecycle end-to-end—from initial prospect identification and outreach through to pitch delivery, contract execution, and ongoing client account care.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation


Drive commercial outreach across priority verticals: Education (K–12, TAFE, Universities), Municipal Councils, Corporate RTOs, Purpose-Led Brands, and NFPs.


Manage and expand the TA_Master_CRM_2026 database, logging client interactions, pipeline stages, and follow-up tasks.


Run targeted outbound email campaigns (via Google Workspace Mail Merge) and execute structured 3-touchpoint follow-up sequences.


2. End-to-End Account Management


Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients from initial discovery to project debrief.


Build pitch decks, commercial proposals, and statement-of-work (SOW) documents tailored to client needs using standardized product suites ($5k–$50k+).


Lead client onboarding, contract sign-offs, and project handovers to the production team.


3. Event Activation & VIP Conversion


Lead guest intake, VIP invitations, and appointment scheduling for flagship activations (e.g., September Podcast & Photo Studio Event).


Conduct real-time client discovery during events and capture key institutional pain points.


Execute 5-day post-event conversion sequences, delivering tailored capability proposals to guests.


4. SROI & Value Reporting


Work with institutional clients to define campaign key performance indicators (KPIs).


Prepare post-campaign impact summaries (Creative Impact Analysis) to help client marketing directors justify spend to internal boards and stakeholders.


Key Requirements & Experience

Experience: 3+ years in account management, business development, agency client services, or growth roles within creative, media, or corporate sectors.


Pipeline Management: Strong proficiency in CRM management (Google Sheets / Workspace platforms), pipeline tracking, and sales workflow automation.


Commercial Acumen: Ability to present, negotiate, and close $5,000 to $50,000+ content packages with senior decision-makers (CMOs, Deans, Directors).


Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills using standard Australian English.


Self-Starter Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced creative agency environment.


Desirable Skills

Established network within the Australian Education (K–12 or Tertiary) or Government/Council sectors.


Familiarity with the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Tasks).


Understanding of modern digital video production, social media campaigns, and anti-AI human-first positioning.
