One Creative Ecosystem.
Creativity is a renewable resource.
Every skill, idea, and connection stays in motion, growing collective creative capital for a stronger, more resilient industry.
Instead of value draining away externally, we reinvest it locally — nurturing emerging talent, preserving industry knowledge, and cultivating the mentors of tomorrow.
By minimising creative talent waste, we keep knowledge and opportunity circulating within the community, strengthening the resilience of our network.
We see this as the future of the creative industries: collaborative, regenerative, and deeply connected.
Our Model
At Triple Axel, every service is part of a circular creative ecosystem.
Mentorship, talent management, and studio production aren’t separate silos — they flow into one another, keeping creative capital in motion and strengthening the entire network.
1. Mentors
Our mentors are established industry leaders — designers, filmmakers, photographers, art directors, entrepreneurs — who share their knowledge and craft with the next generation. By opening access to real-world expertise, they preserve industry knowledge and inspire new pathways into the creative industries.
2. Talent
We represent a new kind of creative talent — models, athletes, and multidisciplinary storytellers whose skills extend beyond the surface. By connecting them with brands, universities, and cultural projects, we create opportunities that celebrate uniqueness, athleticism, and artistry while cultivating the mentors of tomorrow.
3. Studio
The Studio is our creative engine room. Here, emerging talent collaborate with professional photographers, stylists, and filmmakers to build portfolios, experiment with new ideas, and create content that drives careers forward. Every shoot becomes both a learning opportunity and a platform for discovery.
The Circular Effect
Each service feeds into the other. Mentors share knowledge, which empowers talent. Talent gain opportunities and experience, which fuels new studio projects. Studio productions generate fresh ideas and content, which flow back into the network.
This is how we keep creative capital circulating — nurturing growth, preserving knowledge, and building a resilient creative ecosystem for the future.
The Traditional Linear Model: A ‘Value Drain’
The traditional model for creative industries in Australia often operates like a linear pipeline. Value is created, flows in one direction, and then "drains away" at the end of a project.
Project-Based Fragmentation: The Australian creative sector is highly project-based, with many freelancers and small businesses. A brand or university hires a creative for a specific project. Once the project is complete, the financial transaction ends, and the knowledge, skills, and networks developed during that project often disperse.
"Brain Drain" of Talent and Knowledge: Australia's creative industries, particularly in film, design, and digital media, have long experienced a form of "brain drain." Talented individuals and experienced professionals, unable to find consistent opportunities or facing limited career progression, often move overseas to larger markets like the US or Europe. This represents a significant loss of human capital and tacit knowledge—the unwritten, practical skills and industry connections that are vital for innovation.
Inconsistent Reinvestment: The value generated by creative projects—the revenue, the new skills learned, the valuable IP—is not systematically reinvested back into the local ecosystem. Instead, it often exits the country in the form of payments to international agencies or is simply not harnessed to benefit the wider community of creatives.
The Triple Axel Circular Economy Model
Triple Axel counters this by applying a circular economy framework to the creative sector, a concept typically used in manufacturing and resource management. In this model, nothing is wasted; all value is reinvested.
The three core services—Mentor, Talent, and Studio—are not separate business units but interconnected nodes in a continuous loop. This structure ensures that value and resources circulate within the ecosystem.
Mentors provide knowledge, which is a form of intangible capital.
This knowledge empowers Talent to develop new skills and generate creative output.
The Studio provides a platform where this talent and knowledge are applied to projects, generating revenue.
